How we will work together:
Multi-Session Packages
Together, we will co-create your specific coaching goals, along with the personalized coaching plan during our first "Intake & Goals" session. Each coaching session will actively work towards achieving one or more of your goals. We will track your progress and You will know when it is time to “graduate” from coaching because all of the goals you stated in your first sessions will be accomplished or well on their way to being fulfilled.
First session "Intake & Goals"
Ideally, with my new coaching clients the first session is an "Intake & Goals." For this session, I recommend to book a 1.5 hours long slot, so that we effectively go thought important questions and identify a list of goals for our work together. To accomplish the majority of your goals in the fastest way, I suggest for us to meet weekly for 1.5 hours long sessions. Then we can move to biweekly sessions or less. I may also send you a form to fill out in advance of out first session.
Individual Sessions
Individual sessions are very helpful if you would like to have a "tune -up" or a "deep dive" into a particular situation or a stuck point, or if you have a burning question, or looking for another perspective, support, or immediate tools to address it.
Homework
I also will give you practical tools and life skills to achieve your goals sooner. There may be times when you are asked to take certain actions outside of the coaching sessions, such as reading a relevant book or doing some behavioral homework (such as exercising, sitting in an ice bath, journaling, meditating, or being in nature). We will find what can work for you personally. It is important to process what has been discussed and integrate it into your life between our sessions. Also, homework usually saves you time and money and allows you to accomplish your coaching goals faster. For our work together to be most effective you must be an active participant, both during and between the sessions.
Coaching
I am NOT Licensed Psychotherapist. Coaching does NOT include mental health counseling, therapy, diagnosis, or treatment. Engaging in a coaching session does not constitute a therapist-patient relationship. If you currently have untreated/un-managed mental health issues those are best addressed and treated prior to engaging in coaching or concurrently with coaching services. If you present issues that are outside the scope of coaching, I reserve the right to end the session and refer you to more appropriate care.
